Warranty, Aftermarket Service and RMA

CubieBoard is the basic consumptive material in innovation activities.  We can not make sure it will not be damaged. In order to better protect the rights and interests of customers, CubieTech need to develop local dealers in each country. The warranty guide policies from CubieTech are described as following:

1. Once terminal customers buy CubieBoard, local dealers don’t accept unprovoked return of goods.

2. Within 7 days of receipt of goods, local dealers should offer return of goods service if the board is factory failure. Dealers should replace the goods for the customers unconditionally, if the goods have not exterior damage. However, this situation rarely occurs because CubieTech definitely tests each board very carefully.

3. More than 7 days after receipt of goods, dealers don’t offer return of goods service, but should offer repairing service. Because dealers have not repairing ability, they can simply replace a new one for customers and charge 20% of retail price maintenance / repairing  fee. If the defective boards once reaches a certain amount, sush 15 pcs, dealers can ship them to CubieTech and ask for processing.
