What *IS* going on over there at Cubie? I've been trying to get a response from someone about a tech question I have, and I've not had a single reply for over 2 months! I've left posts on these pages, I've sent emails direct to the Cubie tech support email address, and I've even put in an enquiry about custom hardware on the new Custom Hardware section of the website.

All to no avail - not a single reply!

I also asked my question on one of the cubie forums; the well-meaning (but not knowledgeable) non-Cubie people that replied couldn't answer my question.

Is anybody still working there at the Cubie organisation, or have they all gone on some sort of extended holiday?

I realise there's lots of work to do with new hardware developments in the pipeline, but is it really necessary to completely abandon all customer relations and ignore all tech queries while you do it?

What - exactly - does one of your customers have to do to get a response (although I'm not hopeful of getting a reply even to *this* question!)?
